Refund & Return Policy

At Christian Style, we create custom, on-demand products to ensure uniqueness and quality. We want you to be happy with your order, so we offer the following policy:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • One-time free size exchange (not style or item exchanges) within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different item or style, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

No refunds for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Incorrect sizes (please refer to our sizing chart before ordering)
  • Items marked as “delivered” in postal tracking (contact us if you haven’t received it)

Refunds are available if the mistake is on our end (e.g., misprints or damages).

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
  3. If you haven’t received a refund, please:
    • Check your bank account
    • Contact your credit card company or bank (refunds can take time to process)
    • If still unresolved, reach out to us at support@christianstyle.com

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at support@christianstyle.com.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is processed.
  • If the gift giver paid for the item, they will be refunded and notified of the return.

Shipping:

  • To return an item, contact us for the return address (it may vary depending on the item).
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
