Refund & Return Policy
At Christian Style, we create custom, on-demand products to ensure uniqueness and quality. We want you to be happy with your order, so we offer the following policy:
Returns & Exchanges:
- One-time free size exchange (not style or item exchanges) within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If you wish to exchange for a different item or style, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
No refunds for:
- Changing your mind
- Incorrect sizes (please refer to our sizing chart before ordering)
- Items marked as “delivered” in postal tracking (contact us if you haven’t received it)
Refunds are available if the mistake is on our end (e.g., misprints or damages).
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To initiate an exchange, email us at support@christianstyle.com.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is processed.
- If the gift giver paid for the item, they will be refunded and notified of the return.
Shipping:
- To return an item, contact us for the return address (it may vary depending on the item).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
